ZBrush Practise ~~

Extrude from the obj .. like character t-shirt,
(crtl+paint the model) do a masking in ur model
(ctr+click on the BG) to invert the mask
(ctrl+H) on/off the mask preview
(ctrl+shift+A) clear the mask
(SubTool>>Extract) is for extrude new obj ..
(SubTool >>Thick) is control obj thickness ..

ZSphere testing ..
After extrude the shape what u need to type “A” ,
the ZSphere will become polygon mode .. if u want to
SDiv the polygon face u need to click “Make PolyMesh3D”
at Tool menu.But after u click the “Make PolyMesh3D”
it cant go back to edit the ZSphere obj d .. !!
