Extrude from the obj .. like character t-shirt,
\n(crtl+paint the model) do a masking in ur model
\n(ctr+click on the BG) to invert the mask
\n(ctrl+H) on\/off the mask preview
\n(ctrl+shift+A) clear the mask
\n(SubTool>>Extract) is for extrude new obj ..
\n(SubTool >>Thick) is control obj thickness ..
\n…………………………………………………………..
\nZSphere testing ..
\nAfter extrude the shape what u need to type “A” ,
\nthe ZSphere will become polygon mode .. if u want to
\nSDiv the polygon face u need to click “Make PolyMesh3D”
\nat Tool menu.But after u click the “Make PolyMesh3D”
\nit cant go back to edit the ZSphere obj d .. !!<\/p>\n
